Although Dr. Rosenthal's materials can be used as a supplement, they should not be your sole source of exam prep for the NCMHCE.

We ship most orders the same day we receive them and shipping is running ten days or less. We track orders down to the minute.  If you haven't received your order in a timely manner (say 14 days) let Dr. Rosenthal know immediately. We use FedEx shipping and they often leave packages on porches, under porches and decks or in the garage. Also, please check with colleagues (for example your schools principal, secretary, family members, or fellow counselors) before calling. We have discovered that in nearly every case the package was delivered and somebody forgot to tell you.
